DELIVERIES ARE NOT MADE ON BANK HOLIDAYS

Orders are shipped by ART OF SHINE from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:30 in 5/7 working days . Orders placed during the weekend will be handled starting the following Monday morning.

In all cases ART OF SHINE reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur, informing customers of the delay.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with ART OF SHINE and are therefore committed to accept the delivery of their package.

If the courier fails to deliver your products due to problems caused by the buyer or if the aforementioned does not pick up the products ordered we can agree to return the products, In this case, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of the return.

  • You gave the wrong address for the delivery.
  • The delivery address is not reasonably accessible.
  • The delivery address is not securely accessible.
  • The buyer is absent at the address provided for shipment for the two delivery attempts made by EVRI O ROYAL MAIL.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the courier and not attributable to the work of our company. In this case, we will provide all the necessary support and intermediation with the EVRI O ROYAL MAIL. courier, requesting the necessary explanations of any delay (reasons for delay: strikes, unfavourable weather conditions, excessive orders to be processed)
In any case please keep track of the tracking number you will be provided and for any questions please contact customer service.

If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender any shipping costs, charged to ART OF SHINE, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer Service.
